Hero Transportation Services LLC was founded in Richmond, Virginia by a veteran's spouse and the partner of a retired firefighter — two people who have spent their lives alongside those who answer the call to serve.  We started Hero because we saw a gap in our own community. Neighbors missing cancer treatments. Veterans struggling to get to the VA. Seniors sitting in waiting rooms, anxious because they weren't sure their ride would come. People who needed more than transportation — they needed someone they could count on.  So we built Hero for them. For our community. For Richmond and Chesterfield.  Every driver we hire shares our values: punctuality, compassion, and genuine care for the people in this vehicle.
